VTB Bank has joined the programme of mortgage loan subsidisation. Citizens of Georgia can benefit from this programme, if they purchase an apartment from any development company before the end of 2020 with the loan amount not exceeding GEL 200 000. The loan subsidy provides for the co-financing up to 4% of the interest rate for the period of 60 months.
Under this programme, the interest rate may be subsisided even in the event of the acquisition of more than one apartment, provided that the total amount of the loan does not exceed GEL 200 000.
